Opportunities that Tanzanian graduates should consider

Applications were manual but you could just make two, get all, and pick one that suits better or get one or get the post without applying. Today you can make hundreds of application online only to receive two automatic replies for not being considered. Should we wait for jobs like our uncles, do we have the skills to get jobs today, are we good communicators and confident as we indicate to our CVs? Things have changed and so should we. “Who do you know” and “are you experienced” should no longer considered as challenges but opportunities.
